All items (excluding skin care products) may be returned within 20 days of receipt as long as the product/item is in its original condition. That means the product must be unused and unopened. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets our condition. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error. All skin care products are not returnable due to hygienic reasons.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

• A customer received Damaged/Broken product.

In these cases, Alldayskincare.com will refund full purchase price after we have confirmed the case.
