All items (excluding skin care products) may be returned within 20 days of receipt as long as the product/item is in its original condition. That means the product must be unused and unopened. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets our condition. we can only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. All skin care products are not returnable due to hygienic reasons.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Customer must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it. After a customer has received tracking information, it is customer's responsibility to track and confirm the package. If the package is returned to us due to customers absence at the time of delivery, Alldayskincare.com will charge additional shipping charge if customer want them re-delivered.
